TRBA will do its best to ensure that teams are formed and created as fair as possible, and to maintain Competitive Balance, especially in the Competitive Divisions.

The League has implemented a number of Team Formation Methods and Processes over the years which have included the following: Blind Draft Process, Face Up Draft Process and a Computer Generated Team Formation Process. It is up to the respective Competitive Division Leader to select and implement one of the above mentioned Team Formation Processes.

For all Competitive divisions (4th Grade and above), SPECIFIC REQUESTS for a particular team, coach, or teammate can not be fulfilled. Teams are normally put together during a team formation process (as mentioned in the above paragraph), which is normally in late October. The Team Formation Process that the Division Leader decides to implement, will determine if the Coaches are to attend and participate in that specific Process. The League and the Division Leaders will attempt to place players on teams to avoid scheduling conflicts whenever possible, however the League and Division Leader cannot guarantee that this will occur in every case.

For Noncompetitive divisions (3rd Grade and below), the League will attempt to fulfill specific requests for player placement however we can not guarantee that this will occur in every case.
